Key Responsibilities:

• Leads in the growth and success of our HVAC department
• Completes in-home HVAC service calls
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Earn trust and loyalty of all HVAC customers
• Excited to tell the company’s story of professional, trustworthy service
• Actively participates in training exercises, morning meetings, and company events

Qualifications:

• 4+ year’s residential HVAC experience
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes
• EPA certification preferred
• High school diploma or GED
